In August of last year, WoW players worldwide enjoyed the (re)release of the Classic version from 2005. In the meantime, a few months have passed and both the equipment and the experience of the players in dealing with WoW Classic are becoming more and more high-quality.

As could already be observed in the PvP duels of the Classic Alpha, the players create their own additional challenges after a certain point. The ongoing speed runs in Molten Core are a good example of this - the current record is 21 minutes and 29 seconds, for example. But MC offers enough room for further experiments! (via WoWHead)

Molten Core under shamanistic onslaught

Today we would like to present you an exciting run of a Russian guild. They recently paid a successful visit to Ragnaros with 40 shamans of various specializations. In the end, the two chain items Crown of Destruction and Leg Plates of Ten Storms were waiting for the shamans.

What did the raid composition look like?

A look at the WarcraftLogs offers some interesting insights into the composition of the raid.

A look at

the DPS lists also shows that the majority of the damage dealers were equipped with an elemental specialization

,

while

at least a few boosters were present here and there

. The

role of the tank

was

taken over by

a

booster

shaman, who was

able to build up threat primarily by means of Earth Shock

.

He was

supported by items with defensive stats, such as the Medallion of the Master Dragonslayer, Heavy Dark Iron Ring, or Stylen's Prevented Scarab.
