Congratulations and we hope that Crash now makes the 60 full, so that he also has something of the new rank 14 weapons. ;)

Original news from September 15:
In WoW (buy now 14,99 € ) Classic there are some challenges that require a lot of patience from the heroes of Azeroth. The most time-consuming grind is certainly the long and arduous path to PvP rank 14. But although the hunt for honor eats up an enormous amount of time over weeks and months, countless players were able to master this task in the vanilla re-release - just look at how many characters in the hardcore guilds carry the powerful rank-14 weapons to be able to knock down the raid bosses in record time.

Streamer CrashGaming247 will soon join the ranks of Supreme Warlords and Grand Marshals. In his last update, he was still 13 percent short of rank 14, but Crash does not belong to a progress guild. On the contrary, he has only seen Zul'Gurub from the inside. The reason: His warrior has not yet reached the maximum level of 60. He could become the first player to grab the top PvP rank 14 at level 59.

This achievement is all the more remarkable because the already gnarly grind for characters below level 60 is even more gnarly. You're competing with level 60 fighters for a top spot in the highest honor bracket, but at the same time the wait times are higher because there are fewer players hanging around in the 50 to 59 bracket (who then also quickly stop giving kill honors). The honor tokens are also not allowed to be given away, because they grant experience as well as honor. And to make matters worse, the 50 to 59 bracket is also home to many high-end PvP twinks from experienced PvP fans.

Just getting from rank 12 to rank 13 took Crash six weeks

.

In the last month, there were at least twelve hours of PvP on the schedule every day. Like streamer Madseason , the aspiring grand marshal has had a very bad experience with the PvP community. Some people threatened to drag NPCs near him in Alterac Valley and finish them off there so that he would get experience points and reach level 60 before he could achieve his goal. Others wanted to extort money from him and threatened to hack his account. There were even people who transferred to his server specifically to manipulate the bracket sizes so that it would take him even longer to grind, only to rub it in his face during a stream

afterwards.

While he can ride the rank 11 mount at level 59, Crash should eventually become level 60 for the powerful rank 14 weapons (and epic PvP armor).
