In the official forum of World of Warcraft, Community Manager Kaivax has informed players that with the current ID change, the developers have made adjustments to the interface display of unit health.

"As of this moment, the interface API functions UnitHealth and UnitHealthMax will again display the exact health values of NPCs (instead of the percentage values), a very large number of players previously generated this information using the Real Mob Health addon.

This hotfix does not affect PvP, as the above functions will continue to reflect the health of enemy players and player-summoned units in percentage points. "

So if you have been using the Real Mob Health mod to get the exact health values of enemies in PvE (leveling, questing, dungeons, raids, and so on), you can uninstall the addon as of today, February 19. What do you think about these changes? Tell us in the comments!
