Yesterday we introduced you to numerous WoW artworks from Polymer Clay, today we're talking about music. Jay the Tavern Bard was the winner of the BlizzCon talent contest in 2017, and as a passionate musician and a big "World of Warcraft" fan, he recently released an exceptionally exciting piece of music with the imposing title "For the Alliance".

This musical artwork is a synth wave mix track consisting of several Warcraft melodies

.

Synth wave (or electro wave) is a popular genre of music in which the songs are primarily scored on a synthetic basis. This creates an interesting combination of classical melodies and modern electro music.

For the title "For the Alliance", Jay took inspiration from the city background music of Stormwind as well as Anduin's theme "A World Divided" (from the soundtrack of WoW (buy now €14.99 ): Legion) have been inspired. But take a listen for yourself.

Jay explained that working on this piece of music was a real challenge. He and his friends worked hard to create a track that streamers and video artists can freely use on YouTube and the like without getting in trouble with the usual music labels. He also shared that his group of artists likes to combine several music genres in their free time to create unique tracks that will bring great joy to all passionate game fans.
